Direct use of commercial aloe vera gel!

1. Aloe Vera gel as a scrub:

Commercially aloe-vera gel is available in the market. You can directly use it, for your face. After washing your face you can apply a thin layer of aloe-vera gel and then lightly scrub your face. Doing this will help you in getting a clear skin.

2. Aloe vera gel as a mask:

This commerical aloe vera gel can also be used as a skin healing mask. Apply aloe vera gel in your whole face using your fingertips in concentric circles. It will reduce inflammation, heal your sunburns and minor skin irritations.

How you can extract the Aloe Vera gel from the plant

You can directly extract the aloe vera gel from the plant! Use a sharp knife or scissors to cut the leaves from the surface. Clean it and remove the skin from both the sides and scoop out the gel using a small spoon. Store the gel out of direct sunlight in an air-tight, plastic container.

Use of aloe vera gel from the aloe vera plant:

1. Aloe vera gel for exfoliating:

You can use a fresh leaf of an aloe vera gel for exfoliating your skin. You have to cross-cut the Aloe vera gel and sprinkle it with a generous portion of baking soda. After that you can scrub your skin in a circular motion using the leaf. Clean and rinse your face with warm water.

Aloe vera is a natural moisturizer! It is very effective for blemishes and damaged skin. When used in a form of scrubs; meant to exfoliate the skin, aloe vera can reduce the appearance of damaged skin. Basically, it prevents the sensitive face from becoming too dry or irritated from the scrub.

2. You can use it as a Toner:

Toning the skin after cleansing and before moisturizing is an important part of everyday life. So, to create an inexpensive aloe vera toner, you need to grind 1/3 cup of Aloe vera gel. Add 2/3 cup distilled water to it and pour the whole substance into a clean, airtight bottle and refrigerate.

Shake the bottle well and apply the toner to your face with a cotton ball or pad.

Aloe vera is highly recommended for toning, it keeps your skin healthy and glowing. Toning helps in tightening of the pores. So, it helps in improving overall skin elasticity.
