New York magazine The Cut, which called Priyanka Chopra a 'global scam artist' by uploading an article called 'Is Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas' Love for Real?' has finally taken down by the publication.
The article slammed Priyanka Chopra and accused her of "defrauding" Nick Jonas into a "fraudulent" relationship. The writer of The Cut magazine accused Priyanka of being a 'global scam artist' and also blaming her that Nick married to Priyanka against his will.
The piece went viral on social media and received widespread criticism for deliberate portraying Priyanka in the poor light.
And now as the piece is removed from the page, here is the editor's note apologising to Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. The publication tweeted "Upon further editorial review, we found this story did not meet our standards. We've removed it and apologize."

When India Today asked Priyanka about this she said "I don't even want to react or comment. It's not even in my stratosphere. I'm in a happy place at this moment. These kinds of random things can't disturb it."
In the meantime, Nick's brother Joe Jonas and his fiancée and Game Of Thrones star Sophie Turner also flared at the publication.
Joe wrote, "This is disgusting. @TheCut should be ashamed to have someone write such evil words. What Nick & Pri have is Beautiful Love. Thank u, Next."
Sophie tweeted, "This is wildly inappropriate and totally disgusting. Very disappointed that The Cut would give anyone a platform to spew such bullshit."
Many of the Bollywood celebrities also came out in support of Priyanka.
Sonam tweeted, "For a publication that "shows women's what they are made of" @TheCut has a lot to answer for. The article on @priyankachopra was sexist, racist and disgusting. Also, it's written by a woman which is so sad. It reeks of envy and bitterness. @mRiah shame on you!"
Arjun Kapoor tweeted ''I Know @priyankachopra personally & I'm fairly certain @nickjonas hasn't been kidnapped & forced into a union of love... @NYMag u have an unhappy opinionated racist frustrated journalist who's gone on n on about 2 people who by choice have gotten married. Tacky n uncouth writing."
Nick and Priyanka got married on 1-2 December in a fairytale wedding at Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur. On December 1, they had a Christian wedding, and on December 2, they had a Hindu wedding ceremony.
